Club Doncaster Sports College are proud to announce that our EFL CEFA North Central Champions, Men’s Academy 1, are Wembley bound as special guests at the EFL League One Play-Off Final between Stockport County and Bolton Wanderers this Sunday, 24th May.
The squad will enjoy a truly unforgettable day at the home of football, including a meal at Wembley, seats on the halfway line and the honour of being presented with their EFL CEFA North Central Champions trophy in front of more than 40,000 supporters.
After a challenging start to the campaign, the team showed tremendous resilience, character and determination to mount an incredible comeback. Their outstanding form throughout 2026 proved decisive, with the squad going unbeaten during the entire calendar year and building momentum at exactly the right time to secure the league title.
The achievement is a testament to the hard work, commitment and togetherness shown by the players and staff throughout the season, and everyone connected with Club Doncaster Sports College is immensely proud of what they have accomplished.
