Club Doncaster Sports College staff were in attendance as Doncaster Rovers beat Everton U21s 2:0 on 19/09/23 in the Football League Trophy. At the heart of Rovers’ excellent performance was an assured performance from former Sports College student, Bobby Faulkner, who was awarded the Man Of The Match on the evening.

Assistant Principal, Ben Thompson said, ‘We’re very proud, once again, to support and sponsor our former student of the Sports College, Bobby Faulkner, as he continues his career in professional football’.

‘We’re delighted to see Bobby becoming such a fan favourite, he’s an honest, hard working lad and his performance last night epitomised his attitude and application.’
